Abstract: This paper first establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of a single landslide risk by selecting ten disasterinducing factors and five disasterbearing factors. By evaluating risk of the Songjiapo landslide in Shennongjia Forest Region, it is concluded that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of a single landslide risk is feasible in the practical applications. One of the disadvantage of the comprehensive evaluation model is that the degree of risk in the single landslide cannot obtain sufficient information for the risk management. This paper also establishes the matrices of the degree of risk and risk management, the row of the matrix reflects hazard and the column of the matrix represents the consequence. Every element in the matrix has correspondent degree of risk and management plan. By combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with matrices of degree of risk and risk management, both the degree of risk for the Songjiapo landslide and the risk management plan can be obtained.
