Abstract: A potentially unstable slope exists within a resort hotel project site. The failure of this slope will directly impede safety of the resident and tourists on the slope as well as the operational safety of the tourism highway in front of it. This unstable slope was numerically modeled and parametrically studied under normal as we as the intensive precipitation conditions. Factors that affecting the slope stability and their sensitivities are evaluated for the slope stability mitigation purpose.
