Abstract: This paper discusses common factors that causing the honeycomb and excessive dimension acceptance in the mass concrete pouring project. These aspects include: selecting of construction materials and equipment, qualification of labors, climate during the construction, concrete pouring control and curing. Methods that can improve the concrete pouring quality are also proposed.
