Abstract: This paper presents a prestressed ground anchor with grid beams for a slope stability mitigation design project of a highway slope at North Mengshan Road in Fuzhou City. The physiographic and topographic conditions, geological and hydrological conditions as well as rock and soil properties are obtained throughout the field and laboratory investigations. The representative sections are analyzed with circular sliding analysis method. The prestressed ground anchors with grid beams are selected as the cost effective solution to for the stabilization mitigations.
