Evaluation Methods of the Bidder's Investment and Financing Capabilities in Build-Transfer Projects

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the operations in the Build\|Transfer (BT) projects. Methods of evaluating the investment and financing capabilities of the bidder's in BT projects are discussed.
