Abstract: Baocheng railway K313+950-K314+300 downlink line on the north side of the mountain consists of complex geological conditions and the safe operation of the Baoji Chengdu Railway Vehicle is threaten due to large scale cracks. Based on the investigation of the crack, the stability evaluations were performed for the entire mountain and different sections of the mountain. A comprehensive mitigation plan was developed including piles, ground anchors, protection nets, and crack filling. This paper provides a reference for future similar engineering geological disaster treatment.
