大口径新型顶管软基顶进对环境影响的分析研究

摘要: 预应力钢筒混凝土管(简称PCCP)是新型复合管材,其承受内外压较高、接头密封性好、抗震能力强、施工便捷、防腐性好、费用相对较低。通过在管周埋设土压计、孔隙水压力计、测斜管及分层沉降管,监测大口径PCCP管在顶进过程中管道周侧水土压力的变化、土体不同深度水平位移及垂直位移的变形,了解土体受顶管施工扰动特性,结合变形数据与施工工艺进行综合分析,得出了一些有益的结论,为类似工程的施工提供经验数据,同时为设计进一步优化提供参考依据。

Abstract: This paper presents a case history of the jacking of a new type of large diameter prestressed concrete cylindrical pipe (PCCP). The PCCP was instrumented with soil pressure cell, pore water pressure gauge, slope inclinometers and extensometers to measure the earth pressure changes, excessive pore pressure and horizontal as well as vertical deformation during the pipe jacking. The instrumentation results can be used in the pipe jacking optimization design.
