Pile Type Selection for the Commercial Residential Buildings in East Henan

摘要: 桩基础是国内应用最为广泛的一种基础形式,桩基工程除因受岩土工程条件、基础与结构设计、桩土体系相互作用、施工以及专业技术水平和经验等关联因素的影响而具有复杂性外,桩的施工还具有高度的隐蔽性,从而使得桩基工程的设计、施工、质量检测等方面往往比上部建筑结构更为复杂,更容易存在质量隐患。通过同一工程两种桩型的静载试验的对比验证,为设计单位在基桩选型方面提供了科学、可靠的检测数据及理论支持,具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: Pile foundation is one of the most widely used foundations in China and its engineering quality involves the safety of superstructure. Besides the complexity of the pile foundation engineering due to the geotechnical engineering condition, foundation and structure design, interaction of pile-soil system, construction, professional technology level and experience, etc., pile construction also has a high degree of concealment, so its design, construction, quality inspection, etc. are often more complex than the upper structure of buildings and more likely to have quality risks. Throughout the comparison and verification of the static load testing on two types of pile in the same project, this paper provides the scientific and reliable test data and theoretical support for the design organization in the foundation pile type selection.
