银川平原粉细砂的强度特性

Strength Characteristics of Fine Silty Sand in Yinchuan Plain

摘要: 粉细砂在银川平原分布广,是建筑物的主要持力层。考虑干密度和饱和度两个重要因素,设计L9(34)正交试验方案,应用应变控制式电动直剪仪进行快剪试验,研究了银川平原粉细砂的强度特性,探索各因素的作用规律和作用机理,分析显著性,建立强度指标的回归模型。研究表明:银川平原砂土的强度指标随干密度的增大呈非线性增加,且增加的幅度逐渐提高;随饱和度的增大呈非线性减小,且减小的幅度亦逐渐降低。对于黏聚力,干密度和饱和度的影响均很显著。对于摩擦角而言,干密度的影响很显著,饱和度的影响显著。显著性由高到低顺序为干密度和饱和度,对于采用夯击、碾压或挤密处理的砂土地基,施工时应严格控制干密度,尤其当设计要求的干密度较大时,更应严格控制干密度。干密度和饱和度对黏聚力的影响程度均大于对摩擦角的影响程度。建立的回归模型相关性好,显著性高,可用于银川平原砂土强度指标的预测。

Abstract: The finesilty sand is widely distributed in the Yinchuan Plain with shallow deposit and large thickness. It is the main bearing layer for buildings with shallow spread footings. However, few mechanical properties test data available for the engineering projects reference. Therefore, considering dry density and saturation, the orthogonal test scheme wasplanned, and the strength characteristics of finesilty sand in Yinchuan Plain wasevaluated by laboratory undrained direct shear tests usingthe straincontrolled electrical direct shear instrument. Factors that might affect the strength properties and their significance of the fine silty sand were explored throughout the regression correlation analysis model. The following results can be summarized: The shear strength of Yingchuanfine silty sand nonlinearly increaseswith the increase of the dry unit weight and higher unit weight yields with higher shear strength. From the significance descent ranking are the dry density and the degree of saturation. In soil improvement projects using dynamic compaction, conventional rolling compaction and the displacement column methods, the dry unit weight can be used as the index parameter. For cohesion and friction angle soils, the impact of dry unit weight and the degree of saturation on the cohesion are higher than on the internal friction angle. It is also concluded that the regression model on the Yingchuan fine silty sand soils are successful.
