苏州地铁嵌岩地下连续墙施工监测研究

Deformation Monitoring and Evaluation of a Rock Socketed Slurry Wall in Suzhou Metro

摘要: 复合地层条件下嵌岩地连墙的承载性状及变形特征都有别于普通地连墙。本文以苏州地铁三号线何山路站嵌岩地连墙设计及施工为工程背景,对比分析了基坑施工过程中不同工况下围护墙体嵌岩与非嵌岩段监测数据,总结了嵌岩地连墙的位移变形规律,提出了围护墙体嵌岩插入比优化建议,结论表明:合理的嵌岩深度有助于围护结构的稳定,抑制墙身变形量及最大变形位置的下移,在确保围护体系稳定及周边环境安全的设计前提下,优化基坑嵌岩段围护墙体嵌岩深度或支撑布设,可以缩短施工工期并提高经济效益。研究成果对今后同类“嵌岩”基坑工程具有参考、借鉴意义。

Abstract: Under the complex soil and rock geological and geotechnical conditions, both the bearing and deformation characteristics of the rock socketed slurry wall are significantly different from those conventional slurry walls. This paper presents a case history of construction monitoring of a rock socketed slurry wall in Suzhou Metro No.3 Line project. The paper evaluates the construction monitoring data for the rock socketed slurry wall under different construction, geotechnical conditions and various supporting conditions. The deformation of this rock socketed slurry wall is summarized and the depth into the rock socket could therefore, be optimized for the future similar projects.
