广州地区花岗岩风化土液性指数探讨及应用

Liquid Index of Weathered Granitic Soil and Its State Boundary

摘要: 首先探讨了花岗岩风化土粗颗粒(ds>0.5 mm)对其工程特性的影响及花岗岩风化土液性指数的计算方法;以广州地区359对土工实验和标准贯入测试(SPT)数据为基础,分析了地理条件对广州地区花岗岩风化土颗粒组成特点的影响,研究了液性指数IL与标准贯入击数N之间的相关性,依此确定了花岗岩风化土状态分界点的液性指数值。在此基础上,提出了两种有利于工程安全的花岗岩类风化土状态综合划分法:简单综合法和综合指数法,并将其与单一N值划分法进行了比较,最后通过工程实例展示了两种方法的应用,分析了其有效性。

Abstract: In this paper, the influence of coarse grains (ds>0.5 mm) on the engineering properties of weathered granite soils and the calculation method of liquid index of weathered granite soil are discussed. The correlation between the liquid index IL and the standard penetration test blow count number N is studied. The liquid index value of the boundary point of the state of weathered granite soil is also developed. Two comprehensive classification methods of weathered granite soils are proposed: namely, simple synthesis method and comprehensive index method. These methods are also compared with the single N value classification method. The application of these two methods is demonstrated by an engineering case history.
