摘要: 管桩复合地基由于承载力大、沉降小、桩身质量可靠、且施工速度快,在工程建设中应用越来越广泛,对沉降变形的可控性使其在高层建筑和市政工程中的应用也越来越多。但是由于受施工机械、场地狭小等因素的限制,管桩复合地基在软土地区采用内支撑支护的深基坑内施工的不多。主要结合深圳前海地区某地下道路工程实例,运用有限元软件Midas对现场施工进行了建模,分析了管桩复合地基在深基坑内施工对支护结构变形的影响,并结合现场实测监测数据,进一步验证了管桩施工对基坑支护结构变形的影响,为今后类似工程提供参考。

Abstract: Pipe pile supported foundations are widely used in engineering construction due to its advantages of having large bearing capacity, small settlement, reliable pile quality and fast installations. More and more projects utilize the pipe pile supported composite foundations to control the settlement. However, using the pipe pile foundations as a settlement controlling measure in foundations in soft soils with deep excavation that requiring the internal strut supports is limited due to the constraints of construction equipment and space. This paper presents a case history of an underground roadway project in Qianhai, Shenzhen City. The influence of pipe pile installation inside of the deep excavation area on the lateral deflection of the supporting structure was evaluated through the numerical analysis using commercial software MIDAS. The analytical results are also compared with the site monitoring results. It is concluded that the pipe pile installation inside the deep excavation area could contribute the lateral deflection control.
