基坑开挖对近接地铁车站影响的数值分析

摘要: 随着城市建设的高速发展,城市交通规划调整也愈发频繁,轨道交通近接施工已成为大城市建设发展的常态。基坑开挖对近接工程安全与稳定性性的影响十分复杂,开展基坑开挖对临近建筑安全性影响的分析对工程建设具有重要的指导意义。以红谷滩中央金融大街基坑工程项目毗邻南昌地铁1、2号线换乘站—地铁大厦站为研究基础,采用有限元方法进行数值模拟分析,对各近接工程控制因素所带来的风险进行量化,并分别对各因素所产生的风险进行评估。研究结果对后续建设项目的规划与施工具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract: With the rapid development of urban construction, urban planning adjustments have become more frequent, and the construction of the rail transit has become a common need for large cities. Deep excavations have a particularly complicated impact on the stability of adjacent structures and utilities. To analyze the impact of adjacent facilities due to the deep excavations has a significant importance in the safe project developments. This paper presents a case history of the deep excavation for the Honggutan Central Financial Street foundation construction. This excavation project was adjacent to the transfer station for Nanchang Metro No. 1 and No. 2 lines. The finite element method was used to quantify the hazards induced in the construction. The hazards that corresponding to each factor are evaluated separately.
