软基路段预制梁场制梁基座的设计与计算分析

摘要: 为保证预制梁质量和满足软基路段工后沉降要求,结合某工程实例,通过Midas有限元软件,对三种不同软基路段下预制梁场制梁基座的沉降量和基座间的不均匀沉降情况进行了对比分析。结果表明,软基路段上预制梁基座(两端基础)采用“准”桩基础、梁中间托梁(台座底部基础)用扩大基础的“刚+柔”设计,对基座沉降控制及保证预制梁质量效果较好。通过该方案来最大限度的降低制梁基座的差异沉降,从而使其沉降满足规范、施工等的要求,保证预制梁质量。分析结果可为软基路段预制梁场制梁基座的设计提供一定参考。

Abstract: The settlement of the pedestal and the differential settlement between pedestals of a precast beam fabrication site on soft soils were analyzed by the commercial finite element software MIDAS GTS.  A total of three different site subsurface conditions were compared. Combining with engineering experience, the analysis results show that the system of beam base (pedestal) on both ends with “quasi” pile foundation, beam middle beam (at the bottom of the pedestal) with expand the foundation of “rigid + soft” design on the base of settlement control and ensure the quality of precast beam effect is better.
