摘要: 抗拔力检测是检验锚固工程质量是否达标的重要手段,目前规范主要从检测的最终荷载和位移两方面进行要求,主要强调的结果控制,但在实际检测过程中,在各级检测荷载作用下,锚固工程亦可能出现异常情况,尤其是检测过程中出现的位移量异常伸长,没有相关条文可参考;从材料力学的基本原理出发,详细计算锚索(杆)在各级荷载作用下的位移和荷载值,通过预先计算,在现场检测中可对比理论值与实测值,实现锚索(杆)检测的过程控制;并通过工程实例介绍其在实际工程中的应用。

Abstract: The pullout test is one of the important quality assurance measures in the installation of the ground anchors. The current engineering practice measures the ultimate load and its deformation. However, abnormal could be presented under various incremental loadings. Currently, no procedures are defined for the excessive elongation of the ground anchors. This paper presents a ground anchor pullout test control procedure by using the basic material properties. The deformation under the incremental loads can be calculated. The calculated values are found to be consistent with the observed values.
