某大型原油储罐地基处理与检验

摘要: 某原油罐区拟建场地复杂,为避免大罐基础不均匀沉降,需对地基土进行加固处理。针对浅部填土与下卧软弱土层以及不同持力层,拟定了一套浅表层采用低能级强夯加固处理与下部采取CFG(素混凝土桩)复合地基技术综合设计方案,施工选择不同桩长、穿越不同软弱土层、进入不同持力层进行试验,并在施工后进行设计参数检验,取得了第一手完整测试资料,优化完善了设计方案。设计、施工、试验结论表明综合方案满足了大罐基础对复合地基承载力要求,同时也为类似地基提供了可以借鉴的施工工艺与设计思路。

Abstract: The paper presents a series of ground improvement techniques used to minimize the potential large differential settlement for a crude oil tank farm station with complex subsurface conditions. Considering the fill materials at upper layer and weak soils at lower layer, the ground improvement involved the combination of low energy dynamic compaction and Cement Flyash Gravel (CFG) columns with various lengths through different soft soil. This paper presents the subsurface conditions encountered, construction controls, and testing performed to verify the effectiveness of the ground improvement. 
