摘要: 土工格栅在桩承式加筋路堤结构中发挥着较大的作用,实际工程中由于碾压机的碾压,格栅往往存在一定的损伤。从室内试验入手,采用不同方法计算了格栅损伤率。在试验基础上,采用ABAQUS软件建立了三维有限元模型,模拟分析了格栅刚度折减前后的应力变化情况。计算结果表明,考虑损伤后的格栅承载力显著下降,在实际工程设计时必须要予以考虑,研究成果为桩承式加筋路堤的设计提供有益的参考。 

Abstract: Geogrid plays an important role in the design, construction and performance of the column supported embankments. In the practical projects, geogrid damage is often encountered due to the rollover of the construction compaction machine. The damage ratio is estimated starting from the laboratory testing. An ABAQUS three dimensional finite element analysis model is established to simulate the stiffness changes before and after the damage occurred. The analytical results indicate that a dramatic reduction of the geogrid capacity is expected after the damage and this damage should be considered in the design and construction of the future column supported embankments.
