高压水射流破岩相关理论分析

摘要: 高效破岩技术是钻井工程中的基础技术,是提高破岩效率、减少钻进时间和降低成本的有效措施。简要归纳了稳定连续高压水射流破碎岩石的几种主要理论,分析了其破岩过程和机理,并比较了水射流参数对破岩(以砂岩为破碎对象)效果的影响,为高压水射流破岩技术在地质勘察领域的研究及其应用推广提供借鉴。

Abstract: High efficiency rock fragmentation is a fundamental technique in the drilling engineering. This technique is critical in the area of improving the rock fragmentation ratio, reducing the drilling time in the rock mass as well as reducing the drilling cost. This paper summarized the basic theories of rock fragmentation by using the steady high pressure water jetting technique. The mechanism and process of rock breaking are also analyzed. The water jetting parameters on the rock (using sandstone as a target) breaking are discussed.
