摘要: 油气管道隧道断面形式小,荷载条件复杂,其衬砌的受力特性和普通的铁路、公路隧道有所不同。以某油气管道隧道为例,建立岩体结构平面应变分析有限元模型,对隧道围岩地层的应力、位移、变形和内力进行结构计算,得出隧道衬砌的强度安全系数及结构裂缝宽度,确定和验证了隧道围岩的支护方式。分析可知,用有限元数值方法对隧道进行结构模拟计算能较真实地反映隧道结构的内力和变形情况,可以用于对二次衬砌结构安全性能进行评价,为类似隧道的结构设计提供科学依据。

Abstract: The oilgas pipeline tunnels has the characteristics of small cross sectional area, complicated loading conditions and different supporting liner compared with the conventional tunnels for railways and highways. This paper presents a case history of the oilgas pipeline tunnel analysis. The plane strain finite element analysis models are established on the rock mas. The geostress, displacement, deformation and internal force of the tunnel are analyzed. The factor of safety and the structural gap of the supporting liner are obtained. The rock mass supporting method is therefore determined and verified. It is concluded that the finite element method could appropriately characterize the stress distribution of the tunnel structure and it can be used in the safety evaluation of the safety of the second lining support.
