长管节大管桩的管节生产工艺

摘要: 水工工程对后张法预应力混凝土预制桩的要求越来越高,对长管节大管桩的探索和应用需求也越来越广泛,但长管节大管桩不同于传统意义的混凝土预制桩,需要从桩的设计、制作、拼接、储运、沉桩和质量检验等多方面进行考虑。从长管节大管桩的管节生产角度出发,总结分析管桩生产经验,为长度大于7米的长管节大管桩的生产提供参考。

关键词: 长管节混凝土预制桩, 后张法预应力, 管桩生产

Abstract: The post tensioned, prestressed concrete pipe piles made with posttension method have been widely used in China for almost 30 years. However,Due to the limitations of then technology and manufacture equipment, the performance of these piles is not completely satisfactory. Currently, the hydraulic engineering projects demand better performed posttensioned piles. More and more innovative ideas are applied in the fabricating and engineering applications in the large diameter and long segment posttensioned, prestressed concrete pipe piles. These piles are different from the conventional prefabricated concrete piles in many aspects since it is a systematic framework. The manufacture of the large diameter and long segment pipe piles requires carefully planning starting the design, fabricating, splicing, storage and transporting as well as quality assurance and quality control.
