摘要： 某基坑工程在方案设计阶段未对周边环境做详细分析，以致土方开挖过程中出现险情,采用斜撑结合钢筋混凝土暗梁进行抢险加固处理，并进行方案的设计计算，实践证明效果良好。

Abstract: Failure occurred during the excavation of a foundation pit, due to the lack of detailed analysis of surrounding environment prior to and excavation and the lack of field monitoring in process of excavation. This paper describes the emergency treatment by using diagonal brace and hidden beam.
