摘要/Abstract

摘要： 由于地基沉降，某办公楼出现大面积沉降。通过方案比较，决定采用压力注浆法对地基进行加固，对由于沉降而破坏的部位进行加固修复，并取得显著效果。

关键词: 墙体裂缝, 地基加固, 压力注浆法, 沉降观测, 整体修复

Abstract: Large areas of differential settlement are observed in an office building of Laiyang steel factory. Several rehabilitation alternatives are compared and the pressure grouting method was selected to improve the foundation soils underneath the settled area. The ground improvement results are satisfactory.
