穿煤层隧道大变形机理分析与整治措施

摘要: 以瑞赣高速公路工程钟公隧道为例,根据监控量测数据与现场地质调研,对穿煤隧道的大变形机理进行分析,得出了岩体结构与地下水协同作用是导致该隧道发生围岩大变形的主要原因,其中偏压地应力是重要影响因素。针对钟公隧道具体情况,采用局部区段换拱+注浆小导管作为大变形整治措施。通过测量数据反馈,证明整治措施是合理的,取得了良好的支护效果。

Abstract: Monitoring data and geological conditions were explored to study the large deformation mechanism, with an example of Zhonggong tunnel in RuijinGanzhou highway. The results show that the combination of rock structure and groundwater is the main effect for the large deformation, as well as the bias ground stress.  Based on the geological conditions in the field, arch replacement and small pipe grouting technology were used to control the deformation.  The measurement shows that the expectation is met with resolutions.
