Analysis of Leaking in the Kubia Hydroelectricity Station

Abstract: The underground spacing for the Kubia Hydroelectricity Project was experiencing the unexpected water leaking. The evaluation concluded that the confinement of the bedrock, differential settlement, temperature variation and improper design are the major factors that contributed to the unexpected water leaking. The cement and chemical grout and well as drainage design were applied at various locations based on the site conditions.
