摘要: 结合达坂隧洞工程地质情况,针对双护盾TBM施工,大断面六边形(四块)管片衬砌豆砾石回填灌浆镶嵌式整体受力结构的特点,结合现场施工中管片错台等信息综合计算分析,提出了管片纵缝外侧限位器、豆砾回填灌浆封闭环、软弱围岩钢花管固结灌浆等创新技术,解决了一直困扰国内外TBM施工技术人员侧管片外移、豆砾石灌浆结石不密实、软弱围岩加固岩体等影响主洞衬砌结构施工安全的技术难题,对双护盾TBM应用于复杂地质条件积累了丰富经验。

Abstract: A number of innovative tunnel grouting techniques are introduced in the double shielded TBM excavation of Daban Water Tunnel in accordance with the site specific engineering and geological conditions. The liner longitudinal outer displacement stopper, pea gravel backfill grouting for the sealing rings as well as the consolidation grout by using perforated steel grouting pipes are used in the tunnel excavation support. These techniques are based on the characteristics of the large cross section hexagonal liner, pea gravel backfill grouting in the tunnel supporting structures as well as the comprehensive analysis of the construction monitoring data. These techniques significantly improve the excessive displacement of the side liners, lack of required compaction in the pea gravel grouting as well as the problems in the supporting of weak surrounding rock mass during the double shielded tunnel construction.
