大埋深高承压水条件下钢套筒平衡法与冻结法在盾构始发中的联合应用

摘要: 以武汉轨道交通3号线一期香港路~惠济二路区间盾构始发为背景,针对大埋深高承压水条件下盾构始发存在的风险,通过钢套筒平衡法和冻结法的联合应用,成功实施了在长江一级阶地大埋深高承压水复杂地质条件下的盾构始发。实践结果表明,钢套筒平衡法与冻结法的联合应用能够充分确保盾构始发的安全性,对在大埋深高承压水的长江一级阶地具有较好的指导和借鉴作用。

Abstract: This paper presents the shield launching results of the first phase project of Wuhan Rail Transit No. 3 Line between Hongkong Road and Huiji Road. The shielded excavation has the characteristics of large embedment depth and high artesian water pressures in the first terrace of Yangtze River. By using the combination of the steel sleeve balance and the ground freezing methods, the shield launching in these complicated geological condition was successful. The project practice indicates that the safety of the construction can be secured by using the combination of the steel sleeve balance and the ground freezing methods and this technique can be used in the launching of the shielded excavation in similar geological conditions.
