控制加载爆炸挤淤置换法处理软基技术及其工程实践

Soft Soil Improvement by the Controlled Loading Blasting Replacement Method and Its Engineering Applications

摘要: 介绍了控制加载爆炸挤淤置换法处理软基技术的原理以及计算、施工方法。并以浙江省玉环县珠港海堤的施工为例,说明采用控制加载爆炸挤淤置换法进行“悬浮式”堤身结构的施工,尽管地质和地形复杂,施工质量仍达到了设计要求。该方法在工期、造价、质量控制等诸多方面均具有优势。

Abstract: The mechanism, calculation and construction aspects of the controlled loading, blasting replacement method are reviewed in this paper. The case history of a floating sea embankment construction at Zhugang, Yuhuan County, Zhejiang Provence, is presented. Although the adverse site topographical and subsurface conditions, the embankment was constructed successfully by using this blasting replacement method. The performance of the embankment met the design requirement. This project demonstrates that the controlled loading blasting replacement method has the advantages of shorter construction schedule, lower cost and easier quality control.
