基坑内挖孔桩大面积断桩原因分析及处理

摘要: 带有深基坑建筑物的桩基布置方案应关注地下水对桩的影响,当地下水位较高时,可综合考虑现场条件、经济因素等。当选择选开挖基坑后施工桩时,可采取在基坑内增加管井数量、增加备用电源等措施,以防基坑内地下水的快速上升而造成大面积断桩事故。

Abstract: The arrangements of deep foundations such as piles and caissons for the buildings with basements should consider the influence of the groundwater. When the high groundwater is encountered, mitigation methods should consider the site specific conditions and costs. When the hand dug caisson is selected and the installation is started after the completion of the deep excavation, to prevent the rapid raise of the groundwater, the number of the dewatering point wells, backup power sources can be utilized.
