水电站进水口高边坡与引水洞优化设计与施工过程数值模拟

Numerical Simulation on the Construction and Excavation Process of the High Inlet  Slope of a Diversion Tunnel in Zhexi Hydropower Station Extension Project

摘要: 柘溪水电站扩机工程进水口高边坡地质条件复杂,工程难度大,现采用三维弹塑性有限元方法,建立包含三组裂隙与两组层间错动以及边坡支护锚杆、锚索等在内的三维有限元模型,按照实际施工步骤进行数值模拟。模拟结果显示:进水口高边坡、闸门洞室及引水洞整体稳定性较好,原分步开挖方案合理可行,但两组裂隙及两条层间错动带对高边坡、闸门洞室及引水洞局部岩体的稳定性有一定影响,建议增强这些部位的支护措施。工程实践结果证明了分析方法与分析结果的正确性。

Abstract: The geologic condition of the high inlet slope in the Zhexi Hydropower Station Extension Project is complex and the project is difficult to construct. A three\|dimensional FEM model, which includes three sets of crevices, two sets of the staggered rock layers and rock anchors, is established. The construction sequences are simulated in accordance to the actual construction procedure. The results show that the high inlet slope, diversion tunnel and strobe cavern are stable and the excavate construction procedures are reasonable and feasible. But the two sets of crevices and two sets of the staggered rock layers may affect the stability of the high inlet slope, diversion tunnel and strobe cavern. The supporting solutions for these potential instabilities are proposed in this paper. The monitoring results during the construction was validated the analytical results.
