加载顺序对软土地区储罐群地基沉降的影响分析

The Impact of Loading Sequence on the Settlement of Oil Tanks on Soft Soils

摘要: 在软土地区修建的储罐群在使用过程中,不均匀沉降成为工程的主要控制因素之一,由于群罐效应,使得分析及解决沉降问题趋于复杂。运用FLAC 3D 数值模拟软件,建立三维非线性有限差分模型,利用流固耦合分析方法,考虑孔隙水压力和有效应力共同作用,研究加载(向储罐中加入储存物)顺序对储罐群地基沉降的影响。结果表明,对角(1—3—2—4)的加载顺序所引起的最大沉降差和非平面倾斜均满足相应规范要求。

Abstract: One of the major controlling factors in the construction of oil tank farms over soft soils is the differential settlement among the tanks. The analysis of the settlement of these tanks is increasing complicated due to the settlement interactions among tanks. A finite differential model that accounts for the coupled fluid and solid mechanics was set up using FLAC 3D software. With the combined effect of pore water pressure and effective stress, the loading sequence of the grouped storage tanks was studied.  The result indicates that the optimized sequence is to load the diagonal tanks first.
