紧邻地铁结构的城市建筑物密集区域深大基坑支护设计的实践及分析

摘要: 针对目前深大基坑工程所面临的日趋复杂的周边环境,结合深圳市罗湖区笋岗街道笋岗仓储冷库更新单元项目,依据因地制宜、安全可靠、施工便利和经济合理的原则,从围护结构、支撑结构等方面进行了分析,并阐述了根据项目自身特点所采用的“隧道门洞型”出土坡道,工程实践表明:①在复杂周边环境尤其是临近地铁结构的基坑中,应优先采用刚度较大及止水效果较好的围护结构,如咬合桩等。②为保证周边环境的安全以及避免支护结构超出红线,宜优先考虑采取内支撑型式。③在场地狭窄项目中为保证出土效率,出土通道的设置应与场地环境和支护结构密切结合。

Abstract: This paper presents a case history of a large-scale deep excavation project of the replacement of Luoshengang frozen material storage facility in Luohu District, Shenzhen City, which is in the densely populated urban area. The paper presents the subsurface conditions, reliable construction measures for the supporting structures and the open cut slope for the transportation of the excavated soils. The deep excavation has minimal influence to the adjacent buildings.
