大型地下箱体的土方分层计算

摘要: 基于飞时达土方软件,研究了污水处理厂大型地下箱体的土方分层计算方法,并以眉山污水处理厂为工程实例,对地下箱体所在地层1~5层的挖方量进行了计算,分别为表层土挖方量、粉质粘土挖方量、粘土挖方量、细砂碎石挖方量、碎石挖方量,在此基础上绘制了各地层分布的剖面图,以及地下箱体设计底板位于地层中的位置,工程量计算结果可用于施工现场的土方预算,也可用于总图的设计方案优化。该土方分层计算方法,可为污水处理厂大型地下箱体的土方精确计算提供依据,也可为今后类似的地下工程土方设计及施工提供参考。

Abstract: This paper presents a case history of earthwork quantities estimation for the construction of a large embedded box culvert in a Meishan wastewater treatment plant by using commercial software for earthwork estimation FastTFT. Based on the required excavation depth for the box culvert and the geotechnical investigation information, the earthwork for each soil stratum can be accurately estimated. The required excavation quantities of the following soil layers are estimated: topsoil, silty clay, clay, fine sandy gravel and gravel. The subsurface soil profiles and the location of culvert bottom slab can be generated based on these accurate estimations. The earthwork quantity estimation can be used for the cost estimation and for the optimization design of the box culvert locations.
