含砾粉质粘土中粗颗粒对抗剪强度影响的研究

Effect of Coarse Particles on Shear Strength of Peddled Silty Clay

摘要: 滑带土为含砾粉质粘土的土质滑坡,其滑带土抗剪强度参数受粗颗粒影响较大,而滑坡勘查工程通常只做直剪试验而很少进行三轴试验,由于土的直剪试验受环刀尺寸的限制,试验时常筛除含砾粉质粘土中的粗颗粒,导致试验结果与真实值存在偏差。因此,根据原状含砾粉质粘土级配配制不同粒径的饱和土样进行三轴剪切试验,并结合剔除原状土粗颗粒的饱和土样进行快剪试验,分析含砾粉质粘土中粗颗粒对其抗剪强度的影响。试验结果表明:随着逐级减小粗颗粒粒径,含砾粉质粘土的黏聚力呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势,内摩擦角则呈现逐渐减小的变化趋势,对比不同粒径下黏聚力和内摩擦角的变化量,为浏阳地区滑坡工程设计中所需岩土参数提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract: The geotechnical investigations indicate that the soil at the failure plane of a landslide consisted of gravelly silty clay. The shear strength of the gravelly silty clay soil has proved to be strongly influenced by the content of the coarsegrained gravels. Further, only direct shear tests were performed on soil samples from the failure plane and triaxial shear test were rarely conducted. In the conventional engineering practice, portions of the coarsegrained soil were removed to meet the maximum grained size requirements in the laboratory direct shear tests. Therefore, the tested shear strength from the laboratory direct shear tests are usually deviated from the actual site conditions. Triaxial shear tests were conducted on remolded samples based on the grain size distribution of undisturbed samples from the landslide shear plane. Same triaxial tests were also performed on the remolded sample with coarsegrained soil removed to investigate the influence of coarsegrained soil on the shear strength. Test results show that: with the gradually reduce coarse particle size, the tested cohesion of the gravelly silty clay samples first increases then decreases; The internal friction angle, the trend shows an decrease with reduction of the coarsegrained soils.
