水泥土搅拌桩施工智能化控制技术

摘要: 针对目前国内水泥土搅拌桩施工自动化程度低、质量监测方法落后以及设计施工参数简单化处理等问题,研发水泥土搅拌桩智能化施工控制系统,进行水泥土搅拌桩施工智能化控制技术研究。研究表明:水泥土搅拌桩智能化施工控制系统能够实现施工参数采集及全过程远程有效监控,通过对桩长、桩体垂直度、水泥掺入量等施工参数的自动控制,有效保证成桩质量;根据搅拌桩机钻杆电流随深度的变化,确定桩位处实际土层条件,通过喷浆量自动调控程序实现水泥土搅拌桩优化变频喷浆,优化设计施工参数,有效提高整个场地的处理效果。

Abstract: The current state of the practice of the installation of soil cement mixed columns has the following disadvantages: low level of automation; poor quality assurance and over simplified design and construction parameters. This paper presents the development of an intelligent controlled soil cement mixed column installation system as well as the evaluation of this automation system. The following results can be obtained: the intelligent soil cement mixed column installation system can remotely collect the construction parameters automatically. This system can automatically control the length, plumbness and cement ratio of the columns, therefore, the quality of the soil cement mixed columns is improved. The subsurface conditions can be determined from the electric current in the drilling system and the variable frequency slurry injection method can be introduced to enhance the ground improvement results based on the sitespecific conditions that the drilling rod encountered.
