现场剪切试验单点法对抗剪强度值的影响分析

Factors Affecting Rock Mass Shear Strength Results from Single Point In-Situ Direct Shear Tests

摘要: 岩体现场剪切试验经常采用多点法或者单点法,结合工程实践阐述了单点法试验类别及特点,并就单点法在试验过程中受试验条件和技术方法等因素的影响进行了探讨,分析了这些因素对于利用单点法测定C、Φ值造成的影响。单点法试验数据的分析表明:虽然单点法测定岩体强度参数值时存在各种因素导致的误差,但从工程应用角度而言进行适当的技术控制,可有效减小试验误差对测试结果的影响,完全可以满足工程应用的精度要求。最后结合试验全过程进一步总结了单点法的控制要点和试验数据处理的技术要求。

Abstract: Single Point Shear and MultiPoints Shear methods are common insitu direct shear tests for the rock mass shear strength measurement. While strength data from the multipoints shear test methods are usually more scatter than those from single point shear testing, the single point testing method has its own limitations. From the practical project point of view, this paper presents different methods of conducting single point insitu direct shear test and their characteristics. Factors affecting test results, testing conditions and testing methods are discussed and evaluated. The single point direct test data demonstrate the following conclusions: Although testing errors might exist in the shear strength results from the single point testing method, these errors still could be controlled within the acceptable range for the engineering applications if appropriate precautious measures can be applied in the testing process. Key procedures, controlling testing measures and data process aspects are also discussed in the paper.
