摘要: 岩溶塌陷会对周边构筑物产生巨大的安全隐患,而采用注浆技术进行处理是非常有效的方法。发生岩溶塌陷后,应立即停止施工,并用粘土对塌陷处进行回填,随后应查清岩溶的范围及性质,对原设计进行相应的修改,然后再对塌陷处针对性的进行注浆处理。对塌陷处进行注浆处理的几个关键技术为:注浆压力不宜过大,注浆时应遵循先周围后中间的原则,注浆终孔的标准应根据试注浆情况按吸浆率控制。通过对注浆技术在某岩溶塌陷处理工程中的应用进行研究,为同类工程提供了很好的借鉴经验。

Abstract: Karstic sinkhole will cause huge potential safety hazards to surrounding structures, and grouting technology is a very effective mitigation method. When a single collapse is encountered, the construction operations should be stopped immediately, and the collapse site should be backfilled with clay. Then the scope and nature of sinkhole should be analyzed, the original design should be modified accordingly. Then the collapse site should be grouted. Several key technoogies for grouting treatment of collapse are as follows: first, grouting pressure should not be too high; secondly, grouting should follow the principle of surrounding first and then center area; finally, the standard of grouting final hole should be controlled according to grouting test condition and grouting rate. In this paper, the application of grouting technology in a karstic sinkhole treatment project is studied, which provides a good reference for similar projects.
