人工造土造地——大宗固废大规模处置利用与石漠化治理技术

摘要: 将煤矸石、粉煤灰、脱硫石膏等大宗固废的处置利用与石漠化的治理这两个需求相结合,提出了一种人工造土造地的新技术路径,即以煤矸石、粉煤灰以及脱硫石膏等大宗固废为主要原料人工造土,然后覆于石漠化地表实现人工造地,有望在相关地区大规模实现大宗固废的处置利用与石漠化的有效治理,甚至构建一种循环经济模式。阐述了该技术的基本原理和实施环节,论证了技术的可行性,分析了技术的适用条件、效益与经济性,提出了值得注意的关键问题,给出了技术落地实施和推广的一些原则和建议。

Abstract: This paper presents an effective way of manmade soils and manmade lands that could resolving the large quantities of industrial solid waste disposals and rocky desertification treatments. These types of wastes include, coal gangue, flyash and desulfurized gypsum. The manmade soils are the artificial mixtures of coal gangue, desulfurized gypsum and flyash in accordance to the desired gradation. The manmade soils can be applied to the rocky desertification area to create an area of manmade land. This method can resolve both the improvement of rocky desert and the disposal of bulk industrial solid waste and further to result in a vibrant recycling economy. Both the feasibility of manmade land and the critical aspect of this manmade soils  through the proper disposal of industrial solid waste are evaluated.
