隧道爆破掘进中大斜线掏槽优化参数探讨

摘要: 随着西部大开发的不断深入,国家对公路交通建设的投入越来越大,长大公路的需求量远超以前。我国是一个多山国家,在修建公路的过程中势必要穿山越岭,这就需要修建大量的隧道。隧道掘进的关键之一是中心掏槽,目前中心掏槽方法主要采用斜线掏槽和直线掏槽。大斜线掏槽在隧道掘进爆破中得到了广泛应用,斜线的角度和长度是确保掘进进尺的关键参数之一,通过计算机模拟和现场试验,进行了不同掏槽角度的优化试验,得出了掏槽角度70°的优化角度结论;通过现场试验验证,效果优良。

Abstract: The long diagonal cutting has been widely used in the tunnel blasting excavations. The angle and length are the key parameters for a successful excavation. Throughout computer simulations and field tests, the optimized cutting angle of 70 degrees was obtained and it was verified to be an appropriate cutting parameter.
