某物流仓库深厚软土地基处理设计方案比选

摘要: 刚性桩复合地基是近几年发展起来的地基处理技术,特别是在仓库、道路、广场以及地质情况较差的地区,相对于其他地基处理技术更具有优势。结合某物流仓库地基处理项目,通过对比几种地基处理方案在深厚软土地基中的设计及应用,表明刚性桩复合地基对于处理深厚软土地基具有较好的效果,同时通过承载力和沉降验算证明了预制桩网复合地基能够满足此工程地基处理的技术要求和规范要求,可供类似深厚软土地基处理工程参考。

Abstract: The composite ground consisting of rigid columns has received more and more applications in recent years. With its advantages over other soil improvement methods, it receives especially wider applications in the warehouse, roadway and airport projects. This paper presents a case history of applying the rigid column technique in a soil improvement of thick cohesive soft soils for a logistic warehouse project. Several feasible soil improvement methods were compared and it was found the rigid column method was the most applicable one. The bearing capacity of the rigid column and the settlement of the composite ground were checked and the results were satisfactory.
