摘要： 土的渗透性与土的强度和变形特征，都是工程地质研究的主要问题。天津市浅层地基土层的分布具有一定的规律性。根据多年的工程实践，分析土体渗透性的影响因素，研究天津市浅层地基土层的渗透特性。

关键词: 渗透性, 颗粒级配, 组构, 试样制条, 抽气饱和

Abstract: The stratigraphy and engineering characteristics of foundation soils in Urban Tianjin City are summarized in this paper. The engineering characteristics include permeability, strength and deformation. The factors that affect the permeability of foundation soils in Urban Tianjin City are discussed from the engineering practice and application point of view.
