水泥稳定浆液及抗腐蚀性研究

摘要: 沿海地区含有大量硫酸盐,水文地质条件十分复杂,为此在该地区灌浆研究出一种缓凝型高抗硫酸盐水泥稳定浆液。该缓凝型高抗硫酸盐水泥稳定浆液是以高抗硫酸盐水泥为灌浆基本材料,通过添加膨润土、羟丙基甲基纤维素、六偏磷酸钠和粉煤灰等来提高原始浆液的稳定性、流动性和初凝时间以及抗硫酸根腐蚀性等基本性能以满足沿海特殊地区灌浆材料的要求。通过正交实验分析进行配方优化,最终得出了满足条件的最优配方。

Abstract: A grouting mix slurry with high sulfate resistant and retarding characteristics was specially developed for soils in a coastal area with high sulfate contents a complicated hydrological conditions. This grouting mix uses high sulfate resistant cement as a base matrix added with bentonite and bentonite, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, sodium hexametaphosphate as flyash in order to improve the stability, flowability, initial setting time as well as the sulfate resistance. The optimum mix design was obtained through the orthogonal experiments.
