易崩解性软岩试样制备方法

摘要: 通过与硬质原岩的试样制备方法进行分析比较,对甘肃省定西市兰渝铁路(夏广段)LYS-1标胡麻岭隧道红层软岩进行了试样制备,得出了成功制备易崩解性软岩试样的有效方法。设计了专用尼龙管试样夹具及磨石夹具,能够保证软岩试样制取过程中不被水流冲刷。通过精心设计试样制备的钻取、切割、打磨过程可有效提高易崩解性软岩试样制取的成功率。

Abstract: The redbed soft rock samples from the Humaling Tunnel of LanYu Railway Project is Dingxi City, Gansu Province have strong slaking properties and they are disintegrated quickly during the sample preparation process. A new sample preparation tool consisting of nylon sample holding tube and sample grinding clamp was developed to isolate the sample from the water in sample preparation process. This device can improve the quality of the test sample.
