摘要: 武汉地铁四号线穿越长江隧道区间工程在隧道贯通后,洞门发生涌水涌砂事故造成隧道衬砌管片严重损坏,需对其做进一步修复处理。针对隧道管片受损后情况,介绍了盾构隧道衬砌损坏管片的修复技术,并严格科学施工,取得了很好的效果,保证了运营安全。研究成果可为盾构隧道衬砌管片损坏修复提供工程经验和参考。

Abstract: In the crossriver project along Wuhan Metro Line 4, when the shield got through the portal, water burst and sand boil took place, damaging greatly lining segments. And they must be repaired ahead of usage. This paper will introduce relevant repairing methods to remediate the damaging situation. The paper can also provide some experience and reference for similar segment repair.
