先行施工桩板一体挡土墙施工技术

摘要: 桩板式挡土墙由钢筋混凝土桩和桩间挡土板组成,经由挡土板将侧向力传递给桩,通过桩体和挡土板使边坡土体获得稳定可应用于填方工程中。先行施工桩板一体挡土墙是在场地的原标高处先施设混凝土灌注桩和上部混凝土桩柱挡墙,再按照设计要求将场地回填至设计标高的一种新型的挡墙支护方式,可应用于场地标高低于项目建成后的场地标高,需要后期进行土方回填的先行建设工程项目的挡土墙及围墙工程。结合工程实例,对先行施工桩板一体挡土墙的施工方法及过程控制要求进行阐述,为桩板挡土墙一体化施工提供了依据和参考。

Abstract: Soldier pile retaining wall is composed of reinforced concrete soldier pile and the lagging plates in between, which can transfer lateral force to the solder pile and stabilize the soil slope through the soldier pile and laggings. The soldier pile and lagging wall can also be applied in constructing retaining walls in fill condition. The cast-in-place reinforced concrete soldier pile can be constructed first before the fill operation; then the lagging can be installed along with the fill to the desired final height. This method can be used in projects that require fill and retaining wall where the retaining structure can be constructed in advance. Based on the project practice, this paper presents the advanced construction of the soldier pile and lagging retaining wall in details. Ans provides a refence for the future construction of the similar projects.
