南京河西软土地区基础设计的几点认识

Considerations on the Foundation Design in Hexi Soft Soils in Nanjing City

摘要: 由南京河西地区软土性质的研究成果可知,该地区的土层分布和工程特性具有一定的规律性。大多数工程项目由各自的设计团队独立完成,一般仅关注于本项目的地质情况及基础选型,而将该地区地基工程特性与基础结构设计相联系的工程经验总结及思考较少。为了更好地开发和利用该地区的地基承载力资源,根据工程实践积累的大量资料和经验,以其中有代表性的项目为例,总结基础设计经验并提出相关设计建议,如设计选用管桩及灌注桩的注意事项,桩基静载试验的思考等,可供设计与施工人员参考。

Abstract: Based on the research results of the engineering characteristics of soft soils in Hexi area of Nanjing City, the geographical distribution and the engineering characteristics of the soil layers in the region have some common behaviors.Currently, most of projects are completed by the individual design teams and they only focused on the local geological conditions of the specific projects and foundation selection, the general engineering behavior of the foundation characteristics and the generic design of the aspects of the foundation structure in the region are seldomly summarized.In order to fully utilize the foundation bearing capacity and other geotechnical resources of the area,this paper provides a summary of soil properties of the soil in the region based on a large number of data and experience accumulated during the engineering practice. The foundation design and construction recommendations are provided in the paper, such as, methods of concrete pipe pile selection, construction of castinplace reinforced concrete piles, and considerations of the pile static load tests.
