盾构区间下穿既有铁路有限元数值模拟分析

摘要: 通过对某城市盾构区间下穿胶济铁路路基段和高架段的设计,利用数值模拟手段对盾构施工引起的上部铁路路基和桥桩结构的位移变形进行预判,根据预判值调整及优化设计。数值模拟结果与保护要求参数对比可知,区间下穿胶济铁路高架桥段,地表沉降和桩基位移满足15 mm沉降保护要求,对路基段上覆土层进行超前加固后盾构区间施工满足铁路变形要求,并针对盾构施工提出合理的施工措施和建议。

Abstract: This paper presents a case history of the impact of shielded tunnel excavation on the Jiaoji Rail line embankment and viaduct structures. The displacement of the viaduct and the subsidence of the embankment are predicted by the numerical analysis. The shielding design scheme could be adjusted by the analysis results. The numerical analysis indicate that, both the ground subsidence and the pile vertical displacement are met the requirement of maximum 15 mm. The soil improvement on the soil above the shielded zone can meet the construction requirement.
