岩溶地区大型炼厂地基钻孔灌注桩处理的现场试验

摘要: 针对岩溶地区大型炼厂工程地基处理的复杂性,采用低应变动力测试和高应变动力测试对桩身质量进行了检测,通过单桩抗压、抗拔及水平静载试验验证了岩溶地区钻孔灌注桩单桩承载能力,基于桩身钢筋计和桩端土压力盒测试数据,分析了试桩在各级荷载下桩身轴力和侧摩阻力变化及传递特征,得到了一些结论。

Abstract: The construction quality of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete piles for the foundations of a large oil refinery in karst terrain was examined by both the low strain and high strain dynamic pile testing methods. The pile capacities were verified through static axial compression, uplift and horizontal tests on piles instrumented with rebar strain gages and soil pressure cells at the pile tips. The axial load distributions under each load increment were also analyzed.
