下伏采空区隧道整体稳定性的三维有限元数值模拟分析

摘要: 山西某隧道下伏两层采空区,虽经注浆充填,但上覆岩体变形已经发生,为了研究两层采空区的叠置效应对隧道整体稳定性的影响,采用三维有限元法模拟了该两层煤矿开采及充填过程,得出其上覆岩体在采空后的变形移动特征及应力场的分布和采空区充填后的地表残余变形。通过对模拟结果的分析,结合钻孔及物探资料,划分了其覆岩垂直变形带,从而确定复式采空区覆岩变形带与隧道的空间几何关系,据此分析评价该隧道的整体稳定性,经验证所得评价结果可作为指导隧道开挖施工的依据。

Abstract: A tunnel in Shanxi Province is over two layers of the mined areas. Although the mined areas are filled and grouted, the deformations within the surrounding rock mass have occurred and its impact on the proposed tunnel construction has to be evaluated. This effects of the underlying two layers of mining extraction and backfill process are simulated by using three dimensional finite element to obtain deformation field of the rock mass above the mined cavern and the residual deformation of the same area after the backfill and grouting operation. Combined with numerical analysis results, test boring and geophysical survey information, the vertical deformation zones above the mined area and their dimensions can be divided: caving zone, fractured zone and transitional deformation zone. The stability of the tunnel construction in these zones can therefore be evaluated. 
