青田某安置房基坑围护设计

摘要: 青田文化会展中心安置房位于青田县城中心,周围环境复杂,考虑到场地工程地质条件、水文地质条件较差,基于安全可靠、经济合理、施工便利和保证工期的设计原则,对会展中心基坑围护结构进行了精心设计。围护体系侧压力计算根据朗肯土压力理论,按土层分布进行分层计算,围护结构根据国家有关规程进行设计,采用理正深基坑支护结构设计软件进行了基坑整体稳定分析。实践表明,所采用的基坑围护设计实现了安全、经济、便于施工的要求,可为同类工程提供了参考与借鉴。

Abstract: The Qingtian Exhibition Center resettlement housing project is located in downtown Qingtian. The proposed site is occupied by a movie theater surrounded by the residential buildings and is not favorable for the deep excavation. Considering the poor conditions of engineering geology as well as poor hydrogeology, a careful design for the deep excavation supporting structures is required in order to ensure the safety, reliability and cost effectiveness during the construction. The stability of the deep excavation process was analyzed by commercial excavation software.
