细粒尾矿的定义及分类方法探讨

摘要: 细粒尾矿作为一种介质或地质材料,其工程性质直接关系到尾矿库坝的稳定性。针对目前对细粒尾矿的定义及分类缺乏明确的标准,从国内现有标准对尾矿的规定出发,探讨了目前细粒尾矿的定义及分类标准的缺陷,针对岩土工程勘察及土工试验测试工作的特点,从岩土工程的角度明确了细粒尾矿的定义及具体分类方法。

Abstract: The engineering properties of the fine grain materials from the mine tailings are critical to the stability of the mine tailing dams. Currently, there are no clear standard exist on the definition and classification of these fine grain materials. Based on the state of the practice of geotechnical field investigation and laboratory testing procedures, this paper presents an engineering definition and classification method.
